'SoftDomain started as a vision to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Berlin. Established by the Rossi household, our pizza shop opened in 1985 as a quaint, family-managed spot, with recipes passed down the lineage.
Our founder, Marco Rossi, mastered pizza craft on her trips across Italy, especially under the guidance of renowned chefs in Naples, the home of pizza. Back in the United Kingdom, her goal was to replicate the essence of classic Italian pizza, sticking to age-old processes and top-notch materials.
From our humble beginnings as a small 12-seat eatery, we've become a cherished fixture in the community without compromising on our dedication to peak quality and authenticity. We maintain our heritage by using traditional wood-burning ovens, preparing our dough from scratch daily, and choosing only the premium ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'SoftDomain' is still in the hands of the same family, with the Rossi lineage's next generation at the helm, guiding our devoted team. Although we've introduced some contemporary updates, we've held onto the core of what we do: producing delectable, genuine pizza that unites our patrons.
